City Summary
Colchester is a small community in West Central Illinois. The City is a municipality incorporated and organized under the laws of the State of Illinois. We are the home of the headquarters of Yetter Manufacturing, the headquarters of McDonough Telephone Cooperative, as well as the home of the West Prairie Cyclones Jr/Sr High School.

• The actual cost of the recording medium (i.e. flash drive)
• No charge for the first 50 printed pages. Each page thereafter shall be $.15 per page.
• Commercial Requests: $10.00 per hour for each hour spent searching for and retrieving a requested record or for
examining the record for necessary redactions.
